Completed in collaboration with Bayview Renovations, this project involved the complete relocation and redesign of the home's kitchen to better connect with the surrounding landscape and enhance the way the family lives and entertains.
The relocation of the kitchen takes full advantage of the property's stunning garden outlook while improving functionality, storage and circulation. Studio Alyza provided the complete design package, including design development, material selections, 3D visualisation and construction documentation to support the project from concept through to delivery.

The primary objective was to reposition the kitchen within the home to maximise the property's outlook and create a stronger connection to the surrounding outdoor spaces. The existing layout limited both functionality and the enjoyment of the home's natural setting, creating an opportunity to completely rethink how the space was used.
The design focused on improving workflow, increasing storage and creating a central gathering space suited to both everyday family life and entertaining. Particular attention was given to framing the garden views, introducing generous preparation areas and ensuring the kitchen felt naturally connected to both the interior and exterior living zones.

Documentation Snapshot

This included detailed floor plans, joinery elevations, cabinetry specifications and appliance integration details to ensure the design intent could be accurately interpreted by builders, cabinet makers and trades.
