This renovation focused on refreshing key areas of the home through a carefully considered update to the kitchen, ensuite and main bathroom. While the existing layouts remained unchanged, the project completely transformed the look and feel of each space through new finishes, joinery detailing, fixtures and material selections.

Designed around the client's desire for a calm and luxurious home environment, the renovation embraces a light and timeless palette, natural textures and refined detailing. Studio Alyza provided the complete design package, including concept development, material selections, floor plans, elevations and FF&E schedules to guide the project from concept through to construction.

Scope Of Works

The client envisioned a home that felt like a personal sanctuary—somewhere to retreat, unwind and recharge at the end of the day. A particular focus was placed on the ensuite, kitchen and bathroom, creating luxurious environments that would support relaxation and everyday wellbeing.

The design direction centred around a light and timeless palette, combining natural stone, warm timber tones and subtle texture to create depth without overwhelming the spaces. Hero elements were carefully incorporated throughout the project, ensuring each room felt elevated while maintaining a cohesive and calming aesthetic across the home.

Documentation Snapshot

A comprehensive documentation package was developed to support pricing, selections and construction. This included detailed floor plans, internal elevations, cabinetry documentation and a complete FF&E schedule outlining fixtures, fittings, finishes and key design selections.

The documentation provided clarity throughout the construction process, ensuring materials, joinery details and design intent were accurately communicated to builders, cabinet makers and trades. Detailed schedules and elevations allowed design decisions to be resolved prior to construction, creating a streamlined project delivery process.
